Payment of Service

You agree to pay incurred fees when you use our service. All Professional Fees paid to Getmethevisas are subject to 10% GST. This service fee does not cover the costs associated with the immigration process such as visa application charges for the Government, English language tests, skill & medical assessments, etc. Please note that we are not in any way responsible for these fees. As soon as payment is received, you are deemed to have engaged the service of Getmethevisas. As such, payments are non-refundable.

All prices can be changed by Getmethevisas at any time without any notice. However, if you have a client service agreement with Getmethevisas you are required to pay the stipulated fees as in the agreement for the work specified. If however, Government application lodgment fees (and other such fees) increase during our representation of your migration application/appeal you are required to pay the increased fee.

Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the website, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
